- Guaranteed Fixing – The fixing performed is our definite guarantee, effective from the time of TV retrieval. The parts which are not repaired by our technicians are not covered under our guarantee period.
- Safe work at Client premises – In case of on-site repairs or home service, client should take care of household pets or any other disturbing identity which can interrupt while our technicians perform effective service. Our technicians reserve the right to deny service to anyone who refuses to follow this policy.
- Full fee payment – The repair payment process should be completed on or before the product is returned to the customer.
